The Exynos 7885 processor does have a USB PHY capable of USB 3.0 SuperSpeed operation in theory. However, in all commercially available devices, the hardware connections are configured for USB 2.0 only. Additionally, the vendor kernel has USB 3.0 functions disabled. Consequently, even with custom drivers, you cannot achieve USB 3.0 speeds on any Exynos 7885 device currently on the market.
