It's always best to start with the manufacturer's official support page. Unfortunately, iBall's official support resources for these older scanner models are often limited or non-existent. Many users report that the drivers on the official site are also outdated and fail to install.

The iBall Click Scan A3 is a flatbed scanner; to use it you need the correct device driver and, optionally, scanning software compatible with your OS.

VueScan (from Hamrick Software) has its own built-in driver for the iBall Click Scan A3. You do not need the OEM driver at all.
