There is a common confusion among users: you will see terms like Adjustment Program , Resetter , and WICReset used interchangeably. However, there is a crucial difference. A standard (like WICReset) strictly counts down the waste ink counter. A full “Adjustment Program” (AdjProg) is a much larger service suite that contains the reset function, along with Head ID adjustments, PF/EJ adjustments, and advanced printer calibrations. Our recommendation: Only use the adjustment program as a last resort, and only after physically inspecting or replacing the waste ink pads.
